The terms for using the Raindance AI video generator

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Raindance AI website and video generator (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

What the Service does

Raindance AI creates short AI-generated videos from photos you upload, in the style of the raindance AI trend. Raindance AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Dave, Tems or their record labels, and it does not provide or license any music.

Your account

You need an account to generate videos. Give accurate information and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

  • Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed to appear in an AI-generated video.
  • Do not upload photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Do not upload photos of public figures or celebrities to make them appear to say or do something.
  • You keep all rights to your photos. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to make and deliver your videos.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive or illegal, or that impersonates a real person without consent. We may refuse, remove or not deliver videos that break these rules.

Generated videos

Videos are generated by an AI model and may contain mistakes or artifacts. Subject to these Terms you may use, download and share the videos you generate. When you post them, follow the platform's rules for labeling AI-generated content. Videos are silent; you are responsible for any music or audio you add.

Payments and refunds

  • Videos are paid in advance with credits bought as one-time packages. There is no subscription and no free trial.
  • Each video uses a fixed number of credits shown on the Pricing page.
  • If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Purchased credits do not expire. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a generated video will look exactly as you expect.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your settings.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
