How Raindance AI handles your photos, videos and account data
Overview
This policy explains what Raindance AI collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and picture.
- Photos you upload: the photos of the two people and, if you choose, a background photo.
- Generated videos: the videos made from your photos.
- Payments: purchases are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and amount, never your full card number.
- Usage data: basic logs and analytics to keep the Service running and improve it.
How we use your photos
Your photos are used only to generate your videos. They are sent to our AI video model provider for processing and stored in our cloud storage under random, unlisted links. We do not use your photos to train AI models and we do not sell them.
Sharing
We share data only with the services needed to run Raindance AI: cloud hosting and storage, the AI video model provider, the payment processor, and the email provider that sends sign-in and receipt emails.
Retention
Photos and videos stay available in your History so you can download them again. You can ask us to delete them, or delete your account to remove your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us using the support email shown in the site footer.
Children
Raindance AI is not intended for children under 13, and photos of minors may only be uploaded with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
